Service

The service provides inventory analysis, forecasting, replenishment planning and decision-support software. Recommendations are decision support and should be reviewed by authorized users before operational action.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity performed through their workspace. Workspace owners control membership and permissions.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful data, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service to violate applicable law.

Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are charged according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscription changes, cancellation and payment management will be available through the billing provider portal when Stripe is activated.

Availability

No enterprise SLA is included unless separately agreed in writing.
